•1-2 scoop Organic Sattu powder- Rich in protein, carbs and fibre.
•1 tsp flax seeds powder- Rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids
•1 tsp grounded peanuts- Peanuts are abundant in the vitamins niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, choline, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin E and rich in minerals like magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese and selenium.
•Chopped onions-Onions are good sources of vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium and folate.
•1 chopped chilly-Loaded with Vitamin C and beta-carotene, green chillies are great for healthy eyes, skin and immune system.
•Coriander -Coriander is a wonderful source of dietary fibre, manganese, iron and magnesium as well. In addition, coriander leaves are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein.
•1 lemon juice- Rich in Vitamin C
•1 tsp roasted Jeera powder- very good for digestion
