This video was created with love and inspiration. Broccoli is very expensive in the Philippines that’s why I and my 4 year old daughter made a simple recipe. We enjoyed doing this together in our humble home. As a Mom, I’m also happy saving a lot without compromising healthy food. According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) as cited by Berkeley Wellness: All parts are good for you. Broccoli is one of the most nutritious vegetables, providing vitamin C (a day’s worth in a cup, chopped), potassium, B vitamins (including folate)—even some calcium and iron.

I believe this short video is worth sharing. Enjoy watching!
