F FACTOR: Strictly Pear Dancing!
As another way of thanking you (see FB link) , I’m sharing to you Mr. Fitness Pear who is dancing and panting alternately. Enjoy!
Pears provide some beneficial nutrients such as copper, Vitamin C and Vitamin K and very good source of fibre. Also, all pears contains flavonoids, involves in anti-inflammatory responses and a good source of antioxidant.
One study even revealed that the combination of apples/pears made it as the second highest source of flavonols among all fruits and vegetables. Phytonutrients powerhouse!
Keep exercising/dancing! A friendly reminder from Nutri-Emerge.
