I certainly love taking my fish oils/omega 3 supplements to help with my brain and cardiovascular health. Plus its a great way to get my diet balanced if I missed eating seafood for a while.

Supplements are a great way to add in your routine for needed nutrients you might miss in your diet.

Supplements also helps your immunity to fight off the flu. Make sure you take them after meals, strongly recommended.

Vitamin C, D, B6, B12 great for sources as well.
