In this video I talk about my top tips for grey hair reversal. As a 54-year old woman I have never dyed my hair and have only a few grey hairs. I’ve resorted to a bag of tricks to reverse grey hair. But to understand how they work we have to understand why we get grey hair: nutritional deficiencies (e.g being low in iron and vitamin b12) and being constantly stressed (norepinephrine, which turns into adrenalin and is removed in the body by producing hydrogen peroxide – the same thing hair colourists use to dye your hair blonde). To deal with these problems, we can take certain grey hair reversal supplements such as liposomal glutathione to deal with the excess hydrogen peroxide, vitamin b12 to increase mood and wheatgrass (powdered or freshly juiced) to reverse grey hair.
