I tossed out all my usual advice to patients and my own routines and decided to to all out with tretinoin. You can see the results on the video. Yikes.

Tretinoin, is a Vitamin A analog has been shown repeatedly over years to clinically to reduce signs of skin aging. As Dr. Brad says, tretinoin is like a personal trainer for your skin, stimulating cell turnover, increasing collagen and even increasing blood flow. .05% is good enough though some people are able to tolerate .1%. Always use at night and use sunblock during the day. Even if you manage only a few times a week this is an incredible, high yield addition to your routine.
