all right we’re on the inflammation train and a lot of you are asking me what do I like to take to beat inflammation or what do I commonly recommend well I’m going to share my probably top three favorites number one is vitamin D remember your vitamin D level should be at least around 50 and ideally up to 70 to help you manage inflammation even manage mood and so many other symptoms so look for a good D3 when you’re thinking inflammation and trying to really get those levels back up the second one we’ve talked about a bit is glutathione glutathion comes in a lot of different forms it comes as a spray it comes as a topical solution you can take NAC or nap but glutathione does help reverse inflammation in the body I actually like this particular product I can spray it just twice a day rub it into my wrist and boom it’s one less thing I have to swallow or take orally so again glutathione is a big one in fact I’m such a big glutathione fan that I try to do an IV of glutathione at least once or twice a month especially given like all the flying and traveling I do which does subject you by the way to more inflammation okay last but certainly not least this is one of my favorites this is a Nordic Naturals product it has omega-3 fats the Omega-3s remember you want to modulate that omega3 to omega-6 ratio to help keep inflammation down we get a ton of omega-6 in our daily diet so getting about two to three grams of Omega-3 every day becomes really important all right those are my top picks for beating inflammation
