here are three supplements you thought were healthy but actually aren’t number one on my list is folic acid this is not the same as folate which is naturally occurring in Whole Foods like our green leafies folic acid is synthetically made and the research is not so promising in terms of taking folic acid from the synthetic Source number two is synthetic vitamin C so most vitamin C if you look at the labels it’s going to say ascorbic acid unless it’s saying that it’s coming from a whole food source like a berry it means that it’s usually coming from genetically modified corn not my favorite and number three is a synthetic B complex so this is usually derived from the petrochemical industry which a lot of people don’t realize then your body has to detoxify that not so natural so when you are looking for vitamins make sure that they’re whole food vitamins from whole food sources from a reputable company and doesn’t have any fillers or flu agents like that magnesium steroid which I always educate people about follow for more natural health tips
