*** ✅ My Recommended Shilajit ***

I tried shilajit for two weeks to see if the claims about shilajit are true, is Shilajit legit? And to also try and answer the question, does Shilajit work? What is Shilajit and how to use it?
I wanted to look at the benefits of shilajit see if Shilajit works as a supplement for better focus, concentration and energy – there are also claims that Shilajit boosts testosterone naturally and is used by some as a men’s health supplement. I’m going to see what all this is about.
A viewer actually messaged me and suggested that I look into Shilajit. I hadn’t even heard of it before at all. The first thing you’ll notice about shilajit is that it’s a thick black substance or a resin with quite a strong smell, that’s meant to be ingested.

Have you ever heard of shilajit? A viewer
recently reached out to me and said that I should check out this stuff called shilajit, so I
decided to look into it and not only see what it’s all about, but to figure out if it’s something that
I will actually start taking regularly. Stay where you are. I’m gonna have a look at shilajit.
I hope I’m pronouncing that correctly, someone actually DM’d me and suggested that I should
try this stuff and to be honest I hadn’t heard of it before at all. Once I looked into it and saw
many articles claiming that this stuff helps with energy, focus, depression, lowering cholesterol, and
is great for men’s health too, I decided that I have to give this a go. So I’m going to try and
make your life a little bit easier by trying this out and giving you a real opinion. So what
actually is shilajit? Shilajit is a natural substance found most commonly in the Himalayas, it’s created
by centuries of plants and organisms decomposing into a thick black goo which makes it very
potent and led to people trying it as a dietary supplement. Shilajit is mainly used by people with
the idea of it restoring your energy balance and potentially prevents several diseases if used in
the correct way. It has been used to control certain cognitive disorders associated mainly with old age
and also improving cognitive stimulation. Shilajit does sound like something special, but my only
problem at the start is finding a good source as you all probably know some sellers of shilajit
or any source of these supplements often offer people free products in exchange for a positive
review, some sellers even buy fake reviews in the hundreds or even thousands. These days for a
small fee anybody can pay for the luxury of a third party to use bots to make your product
look more trustworthy by publishing numerous positive reviews under it literally overnight, so
I said all of that to say it can be very hard to know who to trust or who to buy from, you have
to be quite attuned to finding a good seller and spend some time researching. Many people get
tricked into buying from fake or untrustworthy sellers they try the product and it does nothing
then of course that bad experience sums up their whole experience of something that if they had
initially bought the right one they would have had a totally different experience. After a fair
bit of researching, I actually came close to buying one product I found online until a friend
I talked to about shilajit actually told me that he takes the stuff, so on his recommendation
I got a small jar from the seller that he actually trusts, that was good enough a review for me. I’m
gonna try it out and see how I feel. Some of the promised benefits such as lowering cholesterol I
can’t can’t actually test because I don’t actually have a cholesterol testing kit at my disposal.
I will however focus on any of the noticeable changes in my mood focus and of course my energy
levels so I looked into it and you can take 300 to 500 milligrams a day the person I bought from
actually said that you can take less and see a big difference. I plan to take it morning, noon, and
night for a week to ten days which should be long enough for me to see any noticeable changes. So
I’m going to cut the video here, then I’m going to come back in 10 days to share with you what my
experience with shilajit was actually like. So I’m gonna go through my experience using shilajit,
I’m going to start with the taste. So the taste of this stuff is exactly how I imagined it, it
tastes just how it smells unfortunately, it has a very strong and earthy taste. It kind of reminded
me of licorice the way it overpowers every taste bud in your mouth. This is a taste you can’t really
disguise with fruits or any other flavors it’s a straight up kick in the mouth! Now first of all
if left at room temperature shilajit is like a hard thick substance, so you most likely will
have to heat it up in order to scoop it with a spoon unless you live or store in a warm place,
the only way around this is just to sit the jar in a plate of hot water for a few moments so that
the paste softens and it’s more malleable so that you can then scoop it into a glass. Once my dose
was ready and all in the glass, I literally had to hold my nose and drink it like I was taking a
shot, there was no other way. I put a little in a glass of hot water and waited about 10 minutes
for it to melt as the water cooled, and yeah I just drank it quickly. I did try to mix it one day
with a squeeze of lemon juice but the taste could not be disguised at all, when it comes to how the
shilajit made me feel, I used it for just over two weeks, I initially planned to only use it
for 10 days but I’ve been a little busy so I haven’t been able to report back until now. For the
period I was using this, I cut out all of my usual daily supplements apart from my protein powder
which I take every other day maybe twice a day, for the first three days I didn’t really notice
anything at all to be honest, I was thinking to myself it didn’t do anything so I was just gonna
call it a day, I just felt like I was drinking this horrible drink for nothing, but on the fourth
day I did feel a little difference. I felt a little less fatigued in the early afternoon around the
time that I normally would, and I began noticing a lot more energy in the gym and I was getting
a lot more work done which did increase my appetite a little bit as well which is something
that’s obviously more noticeable, so I did notice something changing. As I wasn’t taking any other
supplements and my diet pretty much stayed the same, I can only really attribute that to the
shilajit nothing else really changed in my routine that would make a difference. I wouldn’t
say the change I felt was like a massive impact for one where I felt like I’d been given some sort
of superhero powers or anything like that, it was a subtle change that did become more noticeable
as the days drew on. I was told it doesn’t really matter how high a dosage you take at the start
you just need to take a little bit every day for it to build up in your system and then you start
noticing a difference, and that’s all I did really. My focus did improve and I was less distracted
when completing work tasks which is always a welcome effect. In terms of my overall mood, I
can’t say that I felt any different, I’ve just felt a lot more willing to get up and do stuff.
It might be worth adding that I’m not a coffee drinker at all, so I’m not sure if the effects would
be any different for those who drink coffee every day, but yeah definitely felt something after
the two weeks. Now, would I add it to my daily routine? Taking this every day for me was a bit
of a hassle, having to prepare the hot water and then wait for it to melt three times a day was a
slight inconvenience, but for something that I felt was actually working I could make the adjustment.
The problem a lot of people might have is that the smell might put some people around you off.
But I actually did see it being sold in capsule form which might be more convenient for a lot of
people, I can’t say if it’s more effective as a capsule as I’ve only tried it in this form, but
the capsules are an option. So overall, I would say that shilajit is worth trying, as I’d say with
anything, start off with a small amount and see how your body reacts, just brace yourself for that
smell! Do let me know in the comments below if you’ve tried shilajit yourself and if it works for
you, I really would like to know. So that was my quick review of shilajit, as always thank you for
watching and I’ll see you in the next one.
