Here are five things you do not want in your protein powder. Number one, asopane potassium. Number two, sucralose. Number three, artificial flavors. Number four, artificial colors. Number five, hormones and antibiotics. All of these contaminants serve no purpose in your body, and you do not want them swimming around contaminating your organs. When you’re shopping for protein powder, you want to make sure that it’s clean, it’s all natural, and doesn’t have any of that goo in it. And that’s what brings me to my local Good Earth Markets. I know they have my back, and I know they’ll have your back, too. If you’re local, make sure to check them out. And if you’re from out of town, make sure to stop by one of their markets when you’re in town visiting. Now, let me give you some healthy alternatives. Let’s kick this off with Jaco, one of my favorite brands. Grass-fed protein, naturally sweetened, easy digestion, 22 g of protein, 1 g of sugar, 31 servings, 120 calories. Fantastic brand. Then we’ve got another one of my favorite brands, just ingredients. They’ve got vanilla bean. They’ve got creamy peanut butter chocolate, which is fantastic. They’ve got mint chocolate, and they have a whole smattering of different flavors. Hormone antibiotic free. Nothing artificial or crappy to be found in those. Then we got Transparent Labs. They have a whole line of great products. Their protein powder is absolutely outstanding. It tastes delicious, too. 25 grams of protein, less than a gram of fat, 3 g of sugar, and there’s a picture of a happy cow right there. And check the fine print. No artificial dyes, flavors, or sweeteners. What did I say earlier? Avoid all that garbage. Well, you can guarantee that that one’s not going to have it in it. Then we got the one that I started this video with, Clean Simple Eats, right there. Fantastic brand. They have a whole bunch of different flavors, too. cookies and cream, cotton candy, simply vanilla, key lime pie, name it, they have it. No hormones are in a box to be found in there and no artificial sweeteners or colors or flavors. Then we have the plant-based proteins. Sun Warrior happens to be one of my favorite ones. They’ve got a whole bunch of different flavors, too. Chocolate, vanilla, then they have maple, they’ve got mocha, they’ve got berry, actually berry shortcake. And then they even have a seasonal pumpkin spice flavor right there. 16 grams of protein, one net carb, 80 calories. Then we have this company called Trouvani, which is a plant-based protein, certified organic as well. Banana, cinnamon, yum. Only seven ingredients. And lastly, we have Garden of Life raw organic protein down in the bottom. This is a fantastic plant-based protein powder. So, if you’re against meat, there’s your option right there. As you can see, the options are limitless when it comes to clean protein powders. Stop into your local Good Earth markets and get some. And if you don’t have a good earth in your town, just find your local health food store, ask some questions, and find out what the best ones are. In my opinion, the healthy way is the only way. If you want to improve your health, extend your longevity, be strong and mobile, then go with clean protein powder. Make sure to follow me for more.
