Imagineer, the company behind the Fitness Boxing franchise, has just announced that the latest entry in the series is getting a Switch 2 edition. Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition will be arriving on the console July 16th, 2026.

This version of the game promises a few different upgrades over the original, including improved graphics, new multiplayer modes, and even USB camera functionality. A paid upgrade option will be available for anyone who already owns the original Fitness Boxing 3 on Switch, though a North American price has yet to be revealed. Read more details below.

By utilizing the features of the Switch 2, it’s now possible to play games while displaying your own image on the screen via a USB camera. This allows for real-time comparison with the instructor’s movements and immediate form correction, resulting in safer and more effective exercise.

Up to four players can now play simultaneously using “Shared Communication Battle”. In addition to “Score Battle,” where you can compete for the highest score with up to four people nearby, you can also choose the “Sudden Death” rule, where one mistake means instant elimination. You can share the skills you’ve acquired with family and friends.

New features include a “Boost Up Mode” that accelerates the BPM up to a maximum of 200, and an “Advanced Judgment Mode” that precisely determines the timing and speed of actions. It’s not only suitable for beginners, but also allows for high-intensity training that will satisfy advanced users.
