∆ 500ml= Upon walk up from Bed
∆ 250ml= 45mins after breakfast
∆ 250ml= 30mins before snacks
∆ 250ml= 45mins after snacks
∆ 250ml= 30mins before lunch
∆ 250ml= 45mins after lunch
∆ 250ml= 30mins pre workout meal or supplement
∆ 500ml= during workout
∆ 250ml= 30mins before dinner
∆ 250ml= 1hour after dinner
Total= 500+ (250*8) + 500 ml =500+2000+500= 3000ml or 3 litters H2O
Tea, Coffee, Supplement, Green Tea and Fruits are separately count
