I wanted to start a new series of videos about my healing journey to hopefully help someone else. I recently put two and two together and decided I wanted to start looking into adrenal fatigue.

I’m working with a doctor named Dr. Neville. He is from Clymer Healing Center out of PA. I found him through a facebook group for adrenal fatigue while doing research about it. I’m working on a 6 month protocol with him which inspired me to document the process.

I’m going to tell you about my initial treatment plan with Dr. Neville but first I’ll give you some of the backstory so you can see if this resonates with you.

In the past I’ve been diagnosed and treated for lyme disease, Epstein Barr, lupus, hypoglycemia, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, thyroid and blood clotting issues. Out of all the diagnoses and treatments I’ve done… nothing as helped.

Some of the symptoms I suffer with or have had in the past are: headaches, FATIGUE, body aches, hair loss, weight loss, vision problems, heat intolerance, hypoglycemia, heart palpitations, anxiety, panic attacks and overall weakness. It basically feels like I’m walking around with 50lb weights on my limbs at all times plus a really bad hangover.

In the box from the staff at Clymer Healing Center you will receive your initial supplements specifically chosen for YOU by Dr. Neville, a book called Chronic Fatigue Unmasked 2000 by Dr. Poesnecker and your two tests to take. One of the tests is a 5 point saliva test and the other is a food allergy test. The 5 point allergy test tests for cortisol levels, DHEA, Insulin, Progesterone, total salivary sIgA and gluten.

✦ The supplements I’m starting on are as follows ✦
Note: This is my personal protocol. May not be best for you. I won’t be starting all of them at the same time and I don’t suggest you start any new ones at the same time either. I’m starting them 3 days apart from each other to make sure there are no reactions and to see how they make me feel one at a time.

1. Salt – pink himalayan or sea salt with no additives (no anti-caking agents)

2. Ganolegro – A combination of herbs designed to support and balance the immune system. It is powerful in controlling the stress induced Th1 to Th2 shift that happens in the immune system. This shift makes us more vulnerable to infection while leading to excess antibody production at the same time. This is why we get sick when we’re stressed. Ganoderma and licorice also assist in attenuating the adrenals to improve resilience to stress. Ingredients: Ganoderma lucidum (fruiting bodies), Saphorae flavescentis (root) and Glycyrrhiza uralensis (root).

*you may be able to call or e-mail Clymer for this as well if you want more info. I wasn’t able to find it for sale online

3. Fermented Cod Liver Oil Concentrated Butter Oil – helps heal cells that have been damaged to excess stress hormones. beneficial to treating fatigue, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, immune weakness and more.

4. Resveratrol – helps modulate the HPA axis, acting as an anti-inflammatory, reducing oxidative stress, stimulating neurogensis (promoting hippocampal/limbic system repair), supporting certain neurotransmitter levels, as well as stimulating mitochondrial biogenesis. The stimulation of new mitochondria helps because of the damage done through oxidative stress to our current mitochondria. This is crucial because mitochondria are little energy producers in each and ever cell. Creating new ones helps with energy.

5. Pregnenalone – This is a pre-hormone that is synthesized primarily by the adrenal glands. It helps produce other hormones that effect the tissue. It is eventually converted into other useful hormones like cortisol, DHEA, aldosterone, progesterone and more. Has been used for memory enhancement, stress tolerance, decreasing fatigue, muscle strength and stamina.

6. Licorice Root Extract – helps support the immune, digestive and reproductive system
*This specific one is sourced by Dr. Neville and also sold by Clymer Healing center.

7. Ultra Potent C

8. Multivitamin – this is just an example below not the exact one in video

DIET
Hypoglycemia is a well known symptom of adrenal fatigue. The best diet to eat if you’re experiencing AF is a hypoglycemic diet.

Best tips for hypoglycemic diet:
1. Eat small frequent meals (3-6 per day)
2. Eat protein with every meal including fat
3. Eat low or NO sugar and refined carbs
tip – eat protein right before bed if you’re having trouble getting through the night
