Hey everyone, I just wanted to get a load of Vitamin D and lots of Air this am. I just want to make a short & sweet cardio outdoors.
Gym is always a great place and my happy place to workout but there’s a time when we should have a chance to be sweatin’it outside a comfort zone.
Since we live in a very tropical country….😁
From 5-6am til 8:30 am is a safe zone to hit the sun
