For daily prep for your Family:
Take 2 inches of ginger + 2 inches of Turmeric + 1/2 Lemon and Blend it
Usage: Take 2 spoons per shot
For weekly prep :
Take 5 inches Ginger + 5 inches Turmeric = Blend it and store
Usage: 1 spoon blended juice +1 spoon Lemon Juice daily

This drink is truly invigorating and a great way to start your day with. But can this turmeric ginger shot really keep the bugs away? I did some research and let’s break it down.
Let’s start with turmeric.
TURMERIC
Turmeric has raved for its potential health benefits for a long time now and I believe turmeric is here to stay! Golden milk anyone?
Curcumin is the active compound that makes turmeric so potent but what also gives it, its bright yellow color. Turmeric has shown to have strong anti-inflammatory properties.
Curcumin also has powerful antioxidant activity. It can both provide the body with antioxidants and it can also boost the body’s own antioxidant activity. This can help to strengthen the immune system and which may also help to fight infections.
It may also have antibacterial properties against a range of different bacterias.
GINGER
Ginger is a root that belongs in the same family as turmeric (and we all know by now that turmeric is good for you) that’s been used as a home remedy for ages to treat flu’s and colds and other ailments. The most established action of ginger is its ability to treat nausea and sickness and its effectiveness has been demonstrated numerous times.
Ginger is also loaded with antioxidants and has powerful anti-inflammatory effects which can help to support the immune system and to keep the body strong. And a strong immune system is essential to fight the bug
It has also been shown to have antibacterial effects and antiviral effects. This study on human cells showed that fresh ginger may have a protective effect on HRSV virus, which can cause respiratory tract infections, and this effect was more effective when ginger was given before the viral infection. It has also been shown to have strong antimicrobial activity and has been shown to be able to stop the growth of microbes.

Loaded with vitamin C, it can help to support your immune system!
