The lungs an integral part of the immune system and perhaps our main primary defence against the Corona virus, flu, the common cold and other respiratory illnesses.

Of course isolation and stopping the virus entering the body through a route of entry or mucosal surface is important too. But what else can we do?

We can also strengthen my lungs as a preventative measure and chi gong exercises can help immensely in doing just that. Here is a very basic Qi Gong routine that you can apply in your life everyday to enhance the strength of your lungs.
