✅ Blood Cleansing Recipe
½ part apple cider vinegar
½ part lemon juice, and water
drink in the morning at room temperature
After a few weeks, this is going to clear away sludge and you’re going to have a free-flowing bloodstream
✅ Herbs that cleanse the blood include
artichoke Leaf
dandelion root
milk thistle and
garlic
Step two to build strong immune health is to feed your blood. That means to nourish it and to enrich the bloodstream with good nutrition. Give the body what it needs with vitamin E from wheat germ oil.
✅ Enrich Bloodstream with Nutrients
Make a salad dressing of 2 – 4 tablespoons in the combination of wheat germ oil and other good sources of vitamin E safflower seed oil, sesame seed oil, or sunflower seed oil. All are sources of vitamin E. Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, mix it up and drizzle it on your salads. Eat this type of salad daily to enrich the bloodstream.
✅ Another recipe involves Copper. The mineral that gives the bloodstream that red coloring and it invigorates the process that transports nutrients to other parts of the body. So it’s important to get that wonderful mineral in our body.
✅Copper Recipe for building Red Blood Cells
For Strong Immune Health get copper in your body by drinking Citrus juice tonics. Lemon juice, grapefruit, oranges, and limes.
Add 2 tablespoons of brewer’s yeast
one tablespoon of lecithin, and
about a quarter teaspoon of honey to your citrus juice.
Drink one glass every day and you will be rebuilding the red blood cells with copper so that they can transport needed oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body. The enzymes and the vitamin C in the fruit activate the copper in both the brewer’s yeast and the lecithin and that will stimulate the mineral so it is more readily and speedily assimilated.
✅Carrot Juice Tonic
Another tonic to work in your day is to have carrot juice, add cod liver oil, and a little bit of Honey or blackstrap molasses.
