When I first heard about lemon water and I thought who likes sour water? no way I am not going to drink this at all.
But after doing some research I found it would be helpful.

Because Lemons contain lot of nutrients, including vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and fiber. Lemons also contain more potassium than apples or grapes!
