How to make Hummus?

Ingredients required:
Gooseberry (amla) – 200gms
Turmeric (haldi) powder – ¼ tsp
Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1tsp
Salt as per taste (namak swadanusar)
Water (paani) as required

Cumin seeds (sabut jeera) – 1 tsp
Blackpeppercorns (sabut kalimirch) – ½ tsp
Garlic pods (lehsun ki phali) – 4 to 5
Dry red chilly (sukhi lal mirch) – 2
Tamarind (imli) – 1 lemon size
Tomatoes (tamatar) – 2 medium size
Mustar seeds (rai) – ½ tsp
Curry leaves (karee patta) – 6 to 7
Asafetida (heeng) – ¼ tsp
Turmeric (haldi) powder – ¼ tsp
Oil (tel) – 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste (namak swadanusar)
Coriander leaves (dhaniya patti) – handful

White chickpeas (safed kabuli chane) – 200 gms

For making quick snack:
Boiled chickpeas (chane)
Chopped onions, tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, green chillies (pyaz, tamatar, gajar, kakri, harimirch)
Lemon juice (nimbu ka ras) – ½
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste (namak swadanusar)

Split yellow lentils (tuvar ki dal) – 100 gms
Split Bengal gram (chane ki dal) – 100 gms
Onion (pyaz) – 1
Tomato (tamatar) – 1
Garlic pods (lehsun ki phali) – 3 to 4
Green chillies (hari mirch) – 3
Cumin seeds (jeera) – 1 tsp
Turmeric (haldi) powder – ½ tsp
Asafetida (heeng) – ½ tsp
Tamarind (imli) – 1 small lemon size
Salt as per taste (namak swadanusar)
For seasoning:
Clarified butter (desi ghee) – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds (sabut jeera) – 1 tsp
Dry red chillies (sukhi lal mirch) – 2 to 3

Chopped onions, cucumber, olives, carrots (pyaz, kakri, olives, gajar)
