Hey YouTube; thanks for staying tune. This is my second week of my vitamin D Deficiency Hair Loss. I’ve have been taking a few supplements other than vitamin d3. So far my regiment consist of 10,000 mcg of D3; 10,000 mcg of Biotin, finasteride 1mg , rogaine. (Daily). Once I see progress and my blood works come back showing I’m no longer deficient in Vitamin D I’m going to cut myself off of the finasteride and rogaine gradually and supplement a natural approach.
