Weight loss grocery haul. This is what I’m eating this week:
Fruits – Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Apples
Veggies- Kale, Spinach, Spring mix, Yellow Squash, Mushrooms, Onion
Healthy fats- Almonds, Avocado, Whole eggs
Protein – Chicken, Eggs, Cheese, Steak
Supplements- Whey protein, Multi Vitamin pack, BCAA
*If you notice, this list is 95% whole foods, and a lot of variety of fruits/veggies
