This video is about My journey as a #CORONA PATIENT. Main motive to broadcast this video is to Let people know that we should take all necessary measures to prevent #COVID19 but we should not fear #CORONAVIRUS. Instead we should prepare ourselves to #FIGHTCORONA and also motivate others to do the same.
#DIET #EXERCISE #YOGA are the key measures necessary to boost out immune system that helps our body to produce necessary #ANTIBODIES to fight Corona Virus.
Some natural measures to be taken :
1- Drink Warm Water
2- Prepare KADHA (With raw turmeric)
3- Ashwaganda, Giloi, Tulsi act as ayurvedic immune boosters
4- VITAMIN B complex or MULTIVITAMIN 1tab daily
5- Do Streching, Exercise, Yoga and Meditation Daily.
6- Wear a mask, wash your hands and avoid going too close to others.
