Look at your shadow. If it is taller than you, you are not getting Vitamin D from the sun. If it is SHORTER than you, you ARE getting vitamin D from the sun. You can only get vitamin D with direct sunlight which is usually in the late spring, summer, and early fall months and also during the afternoon hours around 11AM to 1PM.
But where you live and the time of day are all part of this equation. So look at your shadow!
