A community fundraiser benefiting Wellness House of Annapolis will take place May 2 at Chesapeake Dressage Institute in Annapolis, bringing together live music, local vendors, food, and family activities for an afternoon focused on connection and support.
Festival at the Farm is scheduled for 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 2625 Mas Que Farm Road. A rain date is set for May 3.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Wellness House of Annapolis, a nonprofit that provides support, education, and resources to individuals and families affected by a cancer diagnosis.
Family Activities and Wellness Experiences
The festival will include a mix of family-friendly entertainment and wellness-focused activities throughout the day. Guests will have the chance to interact with horses at the Chesapeake Dressage Institute, including mini horses, while also taking part in activities aimed at children and adults.
Planned attractions include a children’s activity tent with face painting, glitter tattoos, games, and creative activities. The event will also feature yoga, meditation, massages, healing touch therapies, and other restorative experiences designed to promote relaxation and well-being.
Food, Music, and Community Connection
Festival at the Farm will also include food from local restaurants, live music, and local vendors, creating a setting that blends entertainment with a fundraising mission.
The event is designed to give families and supporters an opportunity to spend time together while supporting a local organization that serves people navigating cancer and its impact on loved ones.
