Coaches meet one hour a month for five months with the Bank On Hampton Roads Program. We’re looking for individuals with a heart for helping families and a strong track record of managing their own finances.
As a coach, you’ll provide financial education, support goal‑setting, monitor progress, share practical strategies and help participants stay accountable. You’ll also connect them with community resources and support them in meeting program graduation requirements.
