As much as I’d love to get my nails done often, I don’t—because it can get expensive! So I’ll usually just opt for press-ons when I have a big event coming up. But I recently discovered that former Today host Hoda Kotb swears by a $20 manicure solution she can achieve at home. She used it during her days on the Today show, where she’d have to look put together daily. So naturally, my ears perked up.
“You guys, why didn’t I know about this before?” Hoda exclaimed in an episode from Today. “Dazzle Dry, you put it on your nails, it dries in five minutes. I had this on for a week. It hasn’t chipped,” Hoda said while the camera panned in on her nails. She then raved about how she can have her nails done quickly right at home.

After a quick Google search, I found Dazzle Dry right on Amazon, where it’s available for two-day Prime shipping. The bottles come in 0.5 fluid ounces (common amount for most nail polish brands like OPI and Essie), and each bottle costs $22. I like the brand’s neutral colors, but you can find more collections by Dazzle Dry, including glittery shades, brighter hues, and maintenance products at Dazzle Dry’s Amazon storefront.
It takes a lot for me to buy something, but when light research showed that the brand won a GH Beauty Award last year, I was hooked. Their 4-Step Mini Kit wowed Beauty Lab Director Sabina Wizemann who tested the kit both at home and at a nail salon. “The application was quick and it dried in just five minutes,” she shared. “My manicure lasted 20 days without chipping,” she added. Plus, we’ve named Dazzle Dry among our top contenders in multiple nail polish brand roundups.
Other celebrities are fans and avid users of the brand, including Martha Stewart. The celebrity homemaker credited the brand for her nails in a recent Instagram post. She was sharing details on her beauty look for an event she was attending.
Make sure to check out Hoda’s other beauty favorites, also from the drugstore:
