Denise Austin is sporting the same bra top and shorts, 30 years later!
The workout queen, 69, rose to fame with her line of exercise tapes and DVDs that got millions of Americans to be active. She went on to become a force in the movement for activity and even served as a member of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. Now known for her Fit Over 50 magazine and app, Austin loves to recreate her old photos and videos. She has even held on to all her old workout outfits, and with her devoted fitness regimen, they all still fit like a glove. In a new side-by-side photo, Austin wears the same red bra top and mini-shorts from an old photo shoot and recreates the same high kick in the new photo.
“THEN and NOW and still kicking it!! 🥊🔥 Yesss … this was 30 years ago when I was filming my TV Show in 1996 and NOW!!! Same moves, same outfit, same ENERGY… just a little wiser and a whole lot more grateful!! So thankful for good health.. Consistency is everything and I want you all to know..it’s never too late.. So let’s exercise together!!” Austin captioned the fun photo set. “Throughout the years I have been a true believer in mixing it up with a variety of 3 different types of my workouts..flexibility, cardio and strength!! In the course of a week, I squeeze it all in… and so can YOU!!”

Austin Recently Turned 69
Recently, Austin took to Instagram to share a photo of herself stepping outside on her 69th birthday in a floral bikini. With her bouncy blonde hair and phenomenal body, it’s hard to believe she’s 69. It’s safe to say her dedicated fitness regimen is working well!
Austin Loves Throwbacks
This isn’t the first time Austin has posted a fun throwback. Back in October, she showed the world how little she’s changed in 30 years by sporting her trademark blue leotard in a side-by-side photo. Paired with blue socks and high-top sneakers, it’s safe to say that the exercise entrepreneur has barely changed in three decades. Staying happy and healthy sure does wonders for the body!
She Recruited Her Daughter, Katie, for Side-by-Side Photos
In a recent side-by-side Instagram post, Denise shared a photo of herself from back in the ’90s wearing her trademark blue leotard and a bright yellow jacket. In the present-day photo, her daughter Katie Austin wears the same outfit. Clearly, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree!
