MY SIMPLE BASIC EXERCISE//AND TIPS HOW TO INCREASE OUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

1. Basic exercise every morning and afternoon or evening before take in dinner.
2. Gargle your mouth with warm water with salt.
3. Sunbathing with in 5-3 minutes.
4. Take smooth breakfast like quaker oats and fruits to allow more carbs it depends on your breakfast.
5. Take Vitamins everyday.
