Episode 2: Gluten-free pasta / broccoli / chicken sausage / fresh chili

Join AARP for our next series of Wellness Mondays where we will host cooking demonstrations with Chef Paul Aceto. If you are gluten sensitive this one is for you! Of course if you are not you can substitute for regular pasta. If you want to cook alongside with Chef Paul here are the ingredients you will need before hand.

INGREDIENTS:
– 10 oz gluten-free pasta
– 2 cups cooked broccoli
– 2 chicken sausages grilled
– 1/2 teaspoon fresh chili
– 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
– salt/pepper
– 2 tablespoons olive oil butter
– 1 garlic clove
