For the next two weeks I will be doing the Chloe Ting Standing Ab Workout. This video follows my first week of doing the ab challenge!
I feel like I’ve been getting off track with my workouts and losing focus of my goals.
Plus, my doctor said that I need to lose weight! (I just had a baby 6 months ago)
At 1:40 I share “5 STEPS TO GET BACK ON TRACK”
1. Write out your goals
2. Make a to do list
3. Set apart a time of day to workout
4. Make it mandatory
5. Continue to stay motivated
