Dr. Prince Pambo, a Medical Practitioner and Sports Physician, has asserted that anyone who goes to the gym specifically for bodybuilding and spends a full hour or even more, is not doing something right.
He shared in an interview with host, Nana Yaw Odame on eTV Ghana’s Men’s Lounge that, per his knowledge, it is only normal that one begins to burn out after about 45minutes of serious and dedicated weightlifting.
