Vitamin D helps with increasing your hair growth, improving elasticity and helping to build collagen that helps to fortify your hair strands. Did you know that having a consistent daily intake of vitamin D3 can be extremely beneficial to your hair growth? It is probably the one supplement that you undervalued when it came to what benefits it could possibly give your hair! Let’s face it we do not get enough sun so we need to be supplementing for vitamin D in our diet or with a daily supplement. Ever since becoming very intentional with my hair growth journey, I like to look into the products and supplements that I take to see if they have any benefits for my natural hair growth.
