Here are the ingredients in today’s smoothie. All I have purple cabbage right here. I have a few pieces of ginger, half of an apple. I have a small orange. The juice from the half of a lemon right here. I have my she is seeds and my flax seed. And I will also be put in some Almonds, all my natural whole almonds that I got from my farmer’s market and water. So it is smoothie time you guys. Purple cabbage smoothie time. And the one thing that I always recommend about, if you use a flax seed, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, anything like that, I suggest you use it in a smoothie because your body actually break it down and digest it and utilize it better when it’s chopped up versus, you know, if you’re eating it in a salad and eating at home. So it’s just better to chop it up in a smoothie like this.
You guys know I have my almonds and I’m just going to do it again here, my almonds. I’m just going to do a handful of healthy fats right here and just a handful full of almonds right there.
