Not to high on caffeine. Decent taste. It desolves well. I just add one scoop to my morning protein smoothie to make sure I am hitting my 25mg of BCAAs daily.
I got the strawberry flavor. Alone with ice water it taste great. Added to gatorde or powerade it is amazing.

That’s a great BCAA!! This Evlnutrition product is my preferred brand for BCAAs, my wife loves that too!! Fruit Punch flavor is much better than any other brands we’ve tried and they really work much better as well!
I would recommend everybody to try it out and see for yourselves.
Taste very good. Powder dissolved nicely in the water.
Flavour is meh but i think it works?
