That you’re making a big mistake if you’re chasing a certain body weight on paper just for the sake of it okay anyone can get to 200 lb but not everyone can get to 200 lb lean because your genetics and your naty or not status are going to play a huge role in
That if you’re around average height then even if you an advanced lifter toward the upper limits of your natural potential at 200 lb your body fat would probably still be somewhere in the high teens at best if you’re below average height then it’s going to be even higher
To be a lean 200 lb and natural say 10% or below you’re likely going to need to be at least 6t tall which the majority of the population is not so don’t try to force your way to some arbitrary body weight just because it sounds cool stay
Patient and work with your own genetics or you’ll likely just end up fat injured or fat and injured which I’d imagine is probably not what you’re aiming for
