Immune boost winter Tea 🤍

This recipe is packed with Vitamin C to boost your immunity, ginger and mint to aid digestion, and antioxidants from cranberries to keep you healthy during winter. Plus, the candied citrus peels and syrup are a delicious way to reduce waste!

Ingredients:

2 oranges, chopped
2 lemons, chopped
2 clementines (or mandarins), chopped
150 g fresh ginger, chopped
150 g fresh cranberries (or sea buckthorn)
2 cups fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into ice trays and freeze.

3. To serve, drop a frozen cube into a cup and add hot water. Stir and enjoy!

Candied Citrus Peels & Syrup:

Save the citrus peels, place them in a jar, and cover with sugar.

Let it sit for a week until the sugar turns into a syrup and the peels become candied.

Use the syrup to sweeten tea or desserts, and snack on the candied peels!
