It is also featured on BBC. From that, now, we are going to tell you a list of 10 most nutritious foods on the planet that we can have in our diet regularly.
No. 10 Bananas: Bananas are among the world’s best sources of potassium. Along with having antimicrobial, hypoglycemic, and anti-diabetic properties, they are also rich in a variety of antioxidants, vitamin B6, and fiber.
No. 09 Tomatoes: Tomatoes are usually categorized as a vegetable, although they are technically a fruit. They are tasty and excellent sources of various nutrients like folate, potassium, vitamin A, C, and D. Consumption of tomatoes is associated with a decreased cancer risk.
